To be up-front (so you are aware of the fees involved in an emergency roof repair situation), the following conditions apply:

  • Assessment Charge: The fee for assessing the problem and providing a verbal solution is $150 (this does not cover any repair work, it is the fee for emergency assessment of the roofing issue only)
  • Minimum Charge: For Weekdays (after 5pm) or Saturday and Sunday (after 3pm) a minimum charge of $275 applies (assessment and repair)
