Repair Roof around Chimney

This client’s roof was leaking because a previous roofing contractor did not seal the flashing properly. The home is quite old so, we carefully worked around the chimney area to clean it out, re-seal, and re-flash the chimney. The chimney is sealed, water-tight and the leak is gone.
